the old InCahoots San Diego building had sat vacant the last 5 years and early this morning, it burned down. for 26 years, Hoots was the spot for country music in San Diego. it was the place many of us learned our first 2 step, celebrated our 21st birthday, or the place we met immediately after Route 91 mass shooting for our weekly support group.
