CHALLENGE YOURSELF DAILY 💪💯 I didn’t want to do sprints… had that voice of weakness in my head saying “it’s ok you can skip those…you already worked hard enough” BUT I didn’t let that voice of weakness be heard and I hopped on the bike with the goal of getting the sprints done and trying to break the bike 😂 Now I just set the tone for my entire week.
