After pollination, these hips swell and gradually change colour as winter approaches. They're great for making tea and other tinctures, containing 25% more vitamin C than an orange! Not all roses produce the same-sized hips, but varieties like the Hansa Rose are fantastic for rose hip tea. When deadheading
