My favourite way to enrobe chocolate bars: 1. Cover the bottom with a thin coat of chocolate and let dry before flipping over and cutting. 2. Put the bars on a wire rack and pour chocolate overtop. Enrobe about 6 at a time 3. Remove before they dry. If your chocolate is in a good temper they will dry quickly
