AW: A baby muskox was seen darting across her habitat and investigating branches alongside her mom Charlotte at the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium in Washington on Wednesday (9/13). The zoo said the female calf is healthy and likes to explore the area around her. Muskoxen is an ancient species that graze the tundra of Alaska, Greenland, and northern Canada, with around 80,000 currently in the wild, according to the zoo. | CBS Newspath
