Dear friends, This Ave Maria by Schubert was originally intended to be an encore in my concert tour with Renée Fleming in Europe and the US this spring. Instead, this duet was filmed in both Prague and Virginia, and put together with the guidance of David Frost. I dedicate this performance to all the doctors and nurses risking their lives on the front lines to help their communities fight this virus. I am inspired by their bravery.
