It doesn’t have to be that way! ✨⠀ ⠀ Because healthier plant-based foods tend to be lower in calories 🥗 you either have to commit to eating a bit more volume 🥣 or be sure to eat good amounts of calorically dense foods—tropical and dried fruits 🥭 over domestic fresh fruits 🍎, a little less veg, more grains and pulses 🌾, higher amounts of fats coming from nuts and seeds 🥜, whole nut and seed butters and avocado 🥑. I’ll sometimes even use a little raw, extra-virgin olive oil in dressings, et
