One year ago today, my sister convinced me to start sharing my cooking journey online. She believed people would be interested in seeing how I feed my family of nine on a budget and in a small kitchen. She came over, filmed me making dinner, edited it, and posted it that same night. We’ve filmed nearly every night since, and it’s been an amazing journey. What started as a hobby has now turned into full-time jobs for both of us, and we couldn’t be happier. We get to cook, eat, and work together,
