Do you know what mochi is? It’s rice that’s shaped like a ball. Most the time it’s sweet and is made from either pounded rice or sweet rice flour. Traditionally it has a sweet red bean or lima bean filling. It also comes in small bite size pieces that you can sprinkle on your frozen yogurt!🍦 Today, I made a mochi with a strawberry filling. It’s a nice change to the regular Mochi! Nowadays you can place cookie dough, Nutella, or even ice cream in the middle if you like. It’s all scrumptious! I g
