Jul 20, 2021 · It looks like Netflix intentionally prevents full HD playback on duplicated displays, so it may not be a bug after all (although, if they really wanted to prevent it, why still allow 720p...?). If i extend the display, then Netflix plays fine on whichever screen i drag the Edge browser.

Jul 30, 2020 · I noticed that netflix employs a method of preventing users from recording or even taking still screenshot images of the video playback in their browser-based app. If you are watching a video on netflix (in my case Windows 10 and Chrome) the video will turn to a black screen if you begin to record or screenshot. What technology is at play here.

6 days ago · It says that the app is already owned when I go to the store page. However, when I click the blue 'install' button, a black border appears around the button but nothing appears to happen. As far as I can tell, this is unique to Netflix as for example, I can still install Candy Crush (another app that I own).
