Oct 21, 2021 · I can't personally help but see Shovel Knight and Shantae as benefactors of the Smash 4 era of speculation, enough to get them into the positions they ended up with in Ultimate, but IMO not enough current momentum and excitement to make the jump over to playability over someone like Sans or perhaps Zagreus who seem to have more presence within the current discussion or climate.

But I'm really shocked they shutdown Monolith like that, they made so many good games in their long history like FEAR, Condmned and more recently the two Middle earth games who had very good reception, and I was pretty excited to see what they could do with Wonder Woman.
