Spike is a main character in the Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz. He is Snoopy 's brother who lives alone in the desert, somewhere near Needles, California. He first appeared in the strip from August 13, 1975 and has appeared in Peanuts more frequently than any other of Snoopy's siblings.
