Just wish the story was easier to experience in multiplayer and there weren't so many sections of the game that take away my agency. I play monster hunter for the amount of control the combat gives me, not to be segmented into cinematic hallways where the game auto plays itself.

Mar 4, 2025 · The Capcom - Nintendo deal for Monster Hunter Rise was negotiated in like late 2015/early 2016 right around the time Generations dropped. Monster Hunter is in a completely different world now (no pun intended). I believe the next Ichinose game will come to Switch 2 and other consoles day one.

I carted I think a total of 3x, twice on a specific monster cuz I didn't know how to get around the attack. The difficulty from octopus on was great for low rank and what should have been the prior 10 hrs.
