The Jester is one of the eleven Heroes returning from Darkest Dungeon, and one of the first nine Heroes to be available in the sequel. [1] Jester's final Shrine of Reflection describes him cutting off his own finger, which is accurately depicted in his character model.

The Jester is primarily a support hero focused on healing Stress, applying Combo, buffing allies with Positive Tokens and most notably being able to grant allies extra actions. Jester offers a great amount of rank flexibility, with many of his skills moving him forward or backward throughout the party or moving his allies.

The Jester unlocks 6 skills over 5 chapters by accessing memories at the Shrine of Reflection. He was a layabout without aspiration or purpose, content to loiter on street corners languidly busking for passersby. Roughly ushered from the bustling commercial blocks, he wandered the forgotten corners of the city.

Oct 11, 2022 · Current favorite team comp sees PD in back with Jester & Occultist in slots 2 & 3 and Leper in front replaced by Hellion if Leper's quirks are bad. Everyone can utilize or apply Combo, and I've found that everyone's weaknesses tend to be well accounted for in this comp. Overall, I love the Jester.

Jester gains a Dodge token when mastered, as well as sports higher damage and crit. Fade to Black is similar to Razor’s Wit stat-wise, but instead moves the Jester back and Blinds the target. Combo is also applied when mastered.
