Maria is a character who appeared in Barney's 1-2-3-4 Seasons and three episodes of season four of Barney & Friends. She was portrayed by Jessica Hinojosa. It's suggested that Maria likes to read magazines, as she received one in the mail from Mr. MacRooney in the episode "Waiting for Mr. MacRooney". She was replaced by Emily.
