Coming from a Sony A90J and spending two weeks with each of the LG G4s with mixed testing of movies, tv, and gaming, I can tell you the Sony processing is better and in bright scenes the G4 has a bit of a wash due to the white boost of the MLA tech. Sep 10, 2022 · I have the 77 inch C2 and other than the price there is very little picture difference. They’re both a great great TV. There are some that say the operating system on the LG is better than the Sony because Sony is android , but I think that is just a matter of taste, . LG is a great TV especially for the price that’s what I can say.

Online reviews of the two TV's seem to indicate they are mostly similar in performance, but all the reviews give the Sony a slight (tiny) edge in picture processing
