Aug 29, 2021 · The best place to shiny hunt Porygon is Route 7. It is the rare spawn here so it only spawns 1 at a time. You can either go in and out of the tunnel to Saffron or just encounter Porygon and run away to make a new spawn.

May 1, 2022 · I have a shiny porygon-z and when I hunted for porygon I got it in a quick ball. With porygon-z it has yellow eyes and it has a bluish coloring so that’s why I did it. I think there could’ve been a better option but oh well

The catching mechanism, the alphas, (all the shiny pokemon people are catching and I'm not haha), even the subreddit where you are doing something awesome is a reason I love the game. I remember when pokemon red and blue came out.

Apr 18, 2020 · Man, I feel you. I also have a HGSS shiny Porygon after somewhere in the ballpark of 1000-1500 SRs after getting bored of hunting the one in Platinum, and I also grinded for 40k coins. Took me four hours to get the coins even with knowing how the game works, due to the RNG. Probably took up a third of the whole hunt.
