Right-click the Origin client icon on your desktop (or in the Origin directory if not on your desktop) and click Run As Administrator. This will take you to a Roaming folder, which is located inside of AppData. Delete the Origin folder; Click on the word "AppData" at the top of your window; Open the Local folder here; Delete the Origin folder listed here; Restart your PC and log back into Origin

Restart Origin and log in. If the game materials repopulate the main view screen, then the issue is likely resolved. To restore any material you chose to back up: Completely exit Origin by clicking File > Exit. On your computer, navigate to the following directory: C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\Origin\cache

After today's patch (v1.06) which may fix the problem for some users, we will be releasing an additional hotfix on March 11th that directly aims to address the splash screen issue on Origin. I have tried : restarting my PC, running Origin as an admin., checking the firewall, disabling windows defender PS : I got mad and unplugged my computer, and when I turned it back on it was working! But the problem reoccurred again after that...
