She takes tricare, paid the $24 visit copay, went through all the requirements, she did the PA form and was immediately approved. I am at 7.5mg dose as I was doing the compounded stuff first. Went to Walgreens, they ordered and I picked up today.

Right now, if you call their phone number for logon issues, the first thing you hear is a message saying that for any problem logging in with DS logon, call the DS logon help number.
