With no new measles cases identified in Illinois since May 22, health officials have declared the measles outbreak over, the Illinois Department of Public Health announced Friday.

It is a heavy year for prevent plant crop insurance claims as some farmers, especially in southern Illinois, struggled to find a planting window as the calendar neared July.
