Following a stellar performance in Week 1 of the NFL Preseason, former Texas A&M star defender Nic Scourton suffered a collapsed lung in practice on Thursday.

CHARLOTTE, NC (KBTX) - In a release, Carolina Panthers announced Linebacker Nic Scourton is “week-to-week” after suffering a collapsed lung in a joint practice on Thursday. After being checked by Panthers medial staff it was realized that the injury was more than heat to which Scourton was taken to a nearby hospital where he spent Thursday night.
