The NBA is built on dynasties. At least, it always has been. Bill Russell 's Boston Celtics teams dominated the 1960s. The Larry Bird-Magic Johnson rivalry headlined the 1980s. The Chicago Bulls, Los Angeles Lakers and San Antonio Spurs followed with dynastic runs to define eras in the 1990s and 2000s.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are the team to beat in the NBA currently, and will defend their 2024-25 title this season in a stacked Western Conference. Winning 68 games last season, they return nearly their entire roster, as well as adding two pieces in their 2024 draft pick Nikola Topic and 2025 pick Thomas Sorber.

The Thunder signed Morrow as a bench outside shooter. He played alongside Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook as they were a title contender. He averaged 7.7 points and shot 39.4% from 3 on 3.6 attempts in his time in OKC. He complimented the high-end talent and fans for why he loved his time there.

The Thunder will be involved for Opening Night and Christmas. They'll also be included in the NBA's Rivals Week. To add intrigue during an otherwise mundane part of the season, the league has branded the Jan. 20-24 period as when rivals clash.
