Meta is making it easier for users to access its AI-powered photo and video editing tools by adding them to Instagram's Stories editor.

Meta AI's photo editing tools can be found in Instagram Stories when tapping the paintbrush icon. Users can describe what they want to add, remove, or change.

In a move that bucks the tech industry’s trend of aggressively hiring workers who specialize in artificial intelligence, Meta is slashing about 600 employees from its closely watched AI efforts, per reports on Wednesday.

This pattern confirms that META stock is highly susceptible to sudden, sharp downturns whenever a major risk materializes.

404 Media reports that it has come across the work of a “hobbyist” who modifies Meta’s smart glasses and, for a small price ($60), sells them to interested buyers. He markets the Meta mod glasses on his YouTube channel and seems to sell them on eBay, according to the report.
