A major winter storm is forecasted to drop as much as 6-8 inches on some parts of southeast Texas starting Monday night.

Storm Warning is in effect until 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Snow, ice and sleet could fall from Monday night through Tuesday. We expect much of the area to see 2 to 4 inches of snow, but some areas could see more.

Temps have already plummeted across Southeast Texas, but the main story will be the chance of significant snow and ice later this week.
