POST FALLS, Idaho - Two fire departments came together in North Idaho Monday to honor and remember three firefighters, shot while responding to a fire call Sunday in Coeur d'Alene.

Carlisle Fire & Rescue Services (CFRS) has selected Mo Abeln as its Member of the Month for June 2025. Abeln has over 15 years of experience in the fire service.
