A man on pre-trial release in connection with a July 2024 homicide was charged Sunday in a drug case, according to a magistrate’s complaint filed in Superior Court.

Quinata and Babauta, along with two others, were suspects and defendants in the murder case of Jason Susuico. The former Army veteran’s body was found in advance decomposition in January 2023.
