On Wednesday, Chinese automaker Xiaomi announced that the finished version of their powerful electric sedan, the SU7 Ultra, has set a lap time of 7:04.957 around the Nürburgring Nordschleife.

With a time of 7 minutes and 4.957 seconds, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra beat the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with Weissach Package and the Rimac Nevera to become the fastest production EV on the Nurburgring.
