Biloxi Capital LLC has site approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission, and now can work on getting the money and plans together before construction can begin.

Almost two decades after the casino project was announced, Tivoli developers now have site approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission.

They cheated the casino out of more than $700,000 in less than one week in 2023, a portion of the $1.5 million they conned from casinos in five other states.
