RAPID CITY, S.D. – The annual Rapid City Polar Plunge was held Sunday with families, first responders, and athletes jumping into the water and collecting donations to support the Special Olympics.
As the focus turns to Los Angeles, organizers are preparing to host more than 11,000 athletes competing in 36 different sports.
