Windows: Rainmeter is hands-down the most popular tool for customizing the look of your Windows desktop and it’s hitting version 4.0 with some new skin creation tools.

Right-click on the Rainmeter icon in the notification area and choose Manage to take control. If you open up the Layout tab, you’ll see all the skin suites and themes you’ve installed.
