If you are old enough, you probably remember paying $50 for a concert ticket and getting a very good seat. Nowadays, if you go to see a show, you are going to pay a lot more, including when you go to see McCartney at PPG Paints Arena on Nov. 11. Some of the tickets on the aftermarket cost more than $6,000. But why?

At the time of publication, the lowest price we could find on seats for any one ‘Got Back’ show was $167 including fees on Vivid Seats. Other shows have tickets starting anywhere from $168 to $1,169 including fees.

Tickets are now on sale for when Sir Paul McCartney makes his return to Pittsburgh later this year. But you may want to double check your bank account before you buy. The prices are giving some fans sticker shock.
