John Gordon, who in 1961 was commissioned by then-coach Vince Lombardi to help design the Green Bay Packers' logo, died Saturday. He was 83.

Gordon’s name is enshrined on a plaque. He is recognized for his contribution in the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame. A legacy deep rooted in Northeast Wisconsin, just like Gordon himself.
