Rising trash and blocked access through the Evergreen Cemetery Jogging Path is being blamed on parked trailers around the graveyard. Residents in those vehicles say they are not the problem.

The Evergreen Cemetery 1.4-mile-long jogging path, which was opened in 2003, is getting some repairs and new additions, like exercise equipment, seating, and more shade.
