Nascent distribution label Relativity Media announced today that it had acquired rights to ‘Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer’ and will put it in theaters this summer.

'Judy' finds her aunt Heather Graham will play zany Aunt Opal in family pic "Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer," based on the popular children's book series.

And Judy returns in August—this time solving a mystery—in Judy Moody, Girl Detective, which will have a 150,000-copy first printing.
