Eight Democrats joined House Republicans in passing the resolution urging Michigan high school sports officials to ban transgender girls from female youth sports.

In response, Michigan House lawmakers took a vote Wednesday relating to transgender women in women's sports. A resolution that encourages MHSAA to follow President Trump's recent executive order.
