A Salt Lake pedicab driver is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting six women since 2019. But investigators fear there are additional victims from the past 15 years.

The Salt Lake County District Attorney's Office announced felony charges against a Salt Lake City pedicab driver accused of drugging and assaulting victims.

John Riley Harper, 45, a Salt Lake City pedicab driver, faces 11 felony charges for allegedly drugging and raping four women and sexually assaulting two others since 2019.
