The flooding that ravaged Central Texas before sunrise on the Fourth of July was the country’s deadliest catastrophe for children in recent memory.

Children in the Tanglewood neighborhood with connections to Camp Mystic and victims of the Central Texas floods are making necklaces and bracelets for relief efforts.
