A Dallas real estate firm is developing Goodland, a master-planned community on the southern edge of Grand Prairie with 50K homes.

Goodland, a community being created by Dallas real estate development firm Provident, will eventually bring over 15,000 residences south of U.S. Highway 28 in both Ellis and Johnson counties.

Today, the 5,000-acre master-planned community called Goodland, south of Mansfield at the intersection of U.S. 287 and 360 Tollway, has 650 completed and occupied homes.
