The Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium has received a transformative $10 million donation from anonymous donors, marking the largest gift in the organization’s history.

The Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium received its largest-ever donation to build a new giraffe barn, launch Expedition Indonesia, and kickstart a 20-year reimagining of the zoo.

The zoo says the new giraffe barn will offer daily opportunities for winter viewing, and there will be new VIP experiences, like letting guests walk along a catwalk and feed the giraffes eye-to-eye.
