Mead Johnson’s controversial expansion of its baby formula and nutritional products plant in Zeeland has cleared the first hurdle.

The Grand Rapids Public Museum closed Wednesday after identifying unstable pharmaceuticals in an exhibit.

The five-day closure begins Monday with additional lane closures on I-196 scheduled throughout the week that will impact downtown commuters.
