Game Assist (Preview) is accessible on Windows 11 with Microsoft Edge Beta 132. The setup is straightforward, and you can access it directly from the Game Bar using the Win+G shortcut.

But now that it's been released in the Stable channel (i.e. the public release), you don't have to do that; you can just opt-in by installing the Game Assist widget in your Edge browser settings.
