The San Luis Obispo County District Attorney's Office filed charges Friday against Robert George Roe Jr., who was arrested two days earlier in an undercover sex sting at a San Luis Obispo motel.

The San Luis Obispo Sheriff's Office and local police departments are providing "safe exchange zones" to offer consumers and sellers a secure place to meet and exchange e-commerce goods.
