The train was stuck between Maverick and Aquarium stations due to an electrical outage, said Sharon Galloway, a Boston Fire Department spokesperson.

Shuttle buses are replacing a portion of the Blue Line due to a signal issue at the Aquarium station, the MBTA said Tuesday.
