A water line break prompted the City of Lewisville to issue a boil water notice Sunday, affecting residents in the middle of the city, officials said.

Much of Lewisville woke up to a boil-water notice Sunday morning after a break in a 30-inch water line. The city advised people in a large swath of Lewisville to boil tap water before it's used for drinking,

The Suffolk Dept. of Public Utilities issued a Boil Water Advisory for Oakland-area residents after a water main break. The advisory has now been lifted.
