A Black pastor did not mince his words while delivering a PSA to self-described “YNs” who wear ski masks who even thinks about running up on him. Of course, the internet has a lot to say about it.

Philadelphia City Council’s ski mask ban is just the next in a series of tough-on-crime policies that disproportionately affect Black and brown youth.

The pair are described as Black males dressed in black and wearing ski masks. They stand between 5 feet 7 inches and 5 feet 9 inches tall, according to the report.

The other suspect was said to be wearing a black ski mask, white hoodie, red pants, white shoes and black gloves. The two fled the area in a black Jeep SUV, which police later recovered.
