Crooked House, near Dudley, West Midlands, must now be "rebuilt back to what it was" after a fire ravaged the pub and it was demolished last year, and the community is delighted.

The Crooked House, which operated as a pub for almost 200 years, had a unique charm as one side was 1.2m lower than the other due to a subsidence issue in the 19th century.
