Oklahoma Sooners safety enters the transfer portal per report
Oklahoma will have Robert Spears-Jennings and Peyton Bowen leading the position in 2025. Patterson-McDonald was a part of a 2024 recruiting class that saw the Sooners also bring in Michael Boganowski, Jaydan Hardy, and Reggie Powers III. In the 2025 recruiting class, the Sooners added Omarion Robinson and Marcus Wimberly to their deep safety room.

University of Oklahoma football has picked up a transfer portal commitment from in-state rival Oklahoma State University. On Monday, former Cowboy Kendal Daniels made it official that he was leaving Stillwater for Norman this fall. The 6-foot-4, 235-pounder made the game-ending stop in OSU's overtime win against Arkansas this season.
