PowPAC has upped its game by being the first community theater in the country to present the stage version of “Love Among the Ruins,” running through Aug. 17 in Poway.

Vinod Kapri’s fictional feature, starring non-professional actors, is set in a remote village in Uttarakhand’s Kumaon region.
