Republicans in the Arizona Senate voted to boot Majority Leader Janae Shamp from her leadership role minutes after adjourning for the year.

That was made plain when the Senate, minutes after adjourning for the year, met and replaced Majority Leader Janae Shamp, R-Surprise, with Sen. John Kavanagh, R-Fountain Hills.

Speaking of losers, we can’t forget Sen. Janae Shamp. The Surprise Republican was in for a surprise as she was stripped of her leadership job just minutes after the Legislature adjourned.
