South Korean troops detain unarmed North Korean man after rare border crossing amid rising inter-Korean military tensions

South Korea's military said Friday it has taken into custody a North Korean individual who crossed the inter-Korean land border the previous day. The individual crossed the Military Demarcation Line in the western part of the central front of the border Thursday night,
